To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. To get started, just reach out to us at team@lee-avenue.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package.

Two things to keep in mind:
1) items sent back without requesting a return first can’t be accepted.
2) Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the unopened, saleable product, we’ll process your refund. For peace of mind, we recommend sending the return with a signature-required option to ensure it doesn’t get lost in the mail.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, just reach out to us, and we’ll help you out!
